Longbridge means business: Pure Offices offer flexible workspaces

Pure Offices have vibrant, modern office spaces for a variety of businesses. Currently offering over 20 locations throughout the UK, it continues to meet the needs of modern businesses in the area needing flexible working requirements.

Flexible working following the pandemic is old news now. People and businesses have adapted to a new world that maximises the communications technology on offer and the workspaces which can work with ever changing operational requirements.

Pure Offices was established in 2007 in Swindon to offer flexible office solutions throughout the country. Factoring in wellbeing and environmental initiatives, each location aspires to meet the needs of sole traders through to larger corporate clients.

Along with Glasgow, Longbridge represents the latest addition to Pure Office’s enviable list of locations including Oxford, Bristol, Edinburgh, and Manchester with the group now boasting 23 sites in total.

Situated at 1 Devon Way, the Longbridge premises is over 30,000 sq.ft  and can accommodate up to 70 businesses with 1 to 30 employees. With high-speed internet, meeting rooms, on-site parking, and a dedicated management team it ticks the boxes for modern businesses in and around Longbridge seeking hassle free occupation.

Katie Whell, Pure Office’s Operations Director, explains why Longbridge was a natural choice for a new office site today and for the future: “We already had 3 centres in the Midlands – in Warwick, Leamington, and Oldbury – all performing very well over the years with high levels of demand from businesses, both local and national.

“Longbridge ticked many boxes with a strong local economy and SME hub, excellent transport links, good amenities and a quality building for us to re-position as a Pure asset.”

Environmental considerations are also high on the agenda for Pure Offices as they look to make a commitment to Net Zero operations throughout their business centres which will also benefit the green aspirations of their clients. The Longbridge premises features low energy LED lighting throughout and solar panels are due to be installed to ensure some of the electricity consumed is from sustainable sources generate site. Additionally, The EV chargers have also been upgraded to encourage sustainable transport.

Diversification has been demonstrated in so many ways since the regeneration of Longbridge began and Pure Offices encapsulates this by hosting the next generation of entrepreneurs that are driving local and regional business forwards from their premises.

Katie continued: “We are c 90% let at Longbridge which is in line with our other locations. This occupancy allows us to accommodate existing occupier requirements as their business needs change whilst also welcoming new companies looking for a home for their business.”
